It is a research and selection process begun in 1995 by the sommelier and patron Fabio Pernarella and carried forward by his daughter, also a sommelier, Elisa Pernarella, which has led us to have about 300 labels from the best national terroirs, with a particular eye to those of the our region and abroad. Our list, in constant evolution, has depth as its particularity: in fact, in addition to young and easy-drinking wines, it also offers a selection of old vintages.
